Art may imitate life, but life imitates television. apologies to Woody Allen
What the hecks up with Showtime? I hope their income taxes are up to date. Did you see this, from Sundays premiere of Homeland?
They are going to be placed on somebodys enemies list, and Im not talking about ISIS.
Its like art imitating life, imitating art. Or something.

Quinn’s monologue was jaw dropping. I thought a FReeper had wrote it.
Pound Racca into a parking lot. I suggested that months and months ago.
I thought I would choke when Quinn gave his “synopsis” of the goals of Islam. It was not only riveting but terrifying in its truth and accuracy.
So what’s the catch? Are they going to make this guy out to be a lunatic in later episodes and having him go on a mass killing spree?
I can’t believe they were allowed to write, film, shoot, and show that on TV. I’m shocked the actors didn’t quit in protest.
In the show she has had sex with all her spys, seen them all killed, blown the cover of every operative in Afghanistan and Pakistan and almost started a war with Pakistan.
I know lets make her a Station Chief in Europe.
Wow. I hope they put this show on Netflix or Hulu soon. I’ve been wanting to see it. I love F. Murray Abraham as an actor, too.
Good point - wait for the bait and switch.
As damning as that was, I think another damning indictment was “you tell me which strategy you are talking about and I’ll tell you if its working.”
Actually, Homeland has been very critical about the brutality of Islam in many episodes. They have also been equally honest regarding the ineptitude of this country. How about a marine turned terrorist, turned Senator, soon to be VP nominee, being able to wear a suicide vest near the POTUS?
I have heard that and am planning to start watching it once it gets too cold to be outside. I had read though, that like 24, they have taken some heat and may move away from the islamic terror story lines.
I hope they don’t pull a 24. Great show that turned into “the evil white corporate guy did it”. This last season was especially pathetic. The “irish” family of radicals, with the only good guy being the m.e. mooselimb.
I missed the last season. I didn't think the show could go on after the Season 3 finale.
Homeland ..The best show on TV... Period.
If you haven’t been watching, try to round up the first seasons.
Way better than ‘24’. More realistic.
Saw this..Homeland Seasons

I am watching the previous season via Netflix now, and in the second episode he starts to lose it as a result of a cluster—— in Islamabad and says he wants out. I’m only on the third episode, so I don’t know if they will go down the road of him being a loose cannon, nuts, etc. Quinn is one of the best characters on the show, so I sure hope not.
TY!!!
Are you downloading it online or ordering the DVDs?
I had to add the DVD mailing to my account. Not available for streaming just yet, unfortunately.
It’s not available on Netflix. He’s one of those people that think every video streaming site on the internet is “Netflix.” He’s probably talking about Amazon.
OK, thanks. :)
