Just ahead of a critical fundraising deadline, GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruzs campaign fired off an email telling supporters hes dropping out.
Again.
On Tuesday morning, this landed in inboxes across America:

Ted did not giver Carly $500,000 - a super PAC supporting Ted did. And BY LAW, Ted cannot direct, suggest, influence or in any other way be involved in how the super PAC spends its money. So if you have a problem with how the super PAC spent some money, give directly to Ted's campaign instead.
But since you have posted the same drivel before, and other people have already corrected you about it, I suspect your goal is really to try to attack Ted by being a concern troll...
I have gotten those emails, I got one email from Heidi Cruz yesterday.
So, they are saying it is urgent to fund them, that’s fair.
They also spent $1 million dollars to put radio ads on Christian radio. I already heard one of those ads yesterday.
So, if there is a Christian radio station near you, maybe the ones that are tied into Salem Radio (Hugh Hewitt), you may hear those ads. I did listen to Eric Metaxas yesterday.
FWIW.
Carly now has $500,000 that Cruz's supporters thought would help him.
It makes no sense.
I do not know if he had anything to do with that decision,
the FEC investigation will shed light on that.
I got that email...it was sent directly to the trash. I don’t like scare tactics when it comes to politics. Whomever is in the fundraising arm needs to get the message that using these crisi pleas for money don’t work. If you’re out of cash now...then you are spending your money foolishly.
BEWARE of lying n00bs.
You would know, hope so. Strategy-wise, he is head and shoulders above all of them.
I guess you havn’t see photos of him hunting or in his pickup. He has that Aaron Rogers look. He’s nothing been faggy, esp the way he carries himself.
I haven’t seen one photo of Ted Cruz looking manly other than in an open white shirt and slcks on occasion, more oftern in that over sized preacher’s black suit. I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s spotted with dandruff.
I’m sorry, but it’s a beauty pageant. People remember how you look obviously not what you’ve said.
Trump is the “in” guy right now in all respects whether you like him or not. He’s the Merrill Lynch guy, we want to know what he thinks, and usually what he thinks is what we think or how we should think.
Unfortunately, that is true. His poll numbers remain mired and static even after all this time. He is going nowhere fast.
I admire Cruz....and the speech he made on the Senate floor can only be described as "magnificent".
But, sadly, he has wooden gestures, has somewhat weird facial looks, has little-to-no charisma plus he projects no excitement or leadership vibes...something that too many shallow voters look for in a candidate today.
It's said that Lincoln couldn't be elected today due to his looks and TV.

I don't dislike Ted Cruz, who knows, maybe he will do better at the remaining debates.
If his PAC is giving money to his opponents, I don't see how that helps him.
“Shoot the messenger” does not really apply when you are delivering message about your own opinion.
Neither you nor I know for sure what Ted Cruz’s future holds, but regardless I will support him as the most conservative candidate for president. He is my first choice as I think most Freepers agree.
If true it’s too bad. He seemed like a nice guy who was on the right track and probably would some day make a good Attorney General.
