September 23, 2015: GOP Presidential front-runner Donald J. Trump was in North Charleston, SC today and gave a speech to minority business leaders at the GCBA SCAAC 2015 Annual Meeting.

Yeah I had the same thought, he pointed to what I took to be a group of them in the crowd at one point in the speech, but the camera didn’t pan over.
