Whole grains are generally a no-no.
The reason is that they are loaded with enzyme inhibitors that prevent your food, particularly the very necessary saturated fats, from being digested and metabolized.

Whole grains are generally a no-no.The WBTS threads (or more recently the Trump threads) here on FR are mild compared to the paleo/vegan all-out war waged by the advocates of both, many of whom are MDs and can back their views with mounds of numbers.
