Y’all need to get a grip. The Kelly File still has more up to date news and investigative reporting than any other cable show. And she is a very intelligent reporter. I didn’t agree with her debate question, either, but Trump could have had a much better answer that could have put the issue to rest.
Cruz is a great example of how to answer an uncomfortable question with a statesman-like reply.
That episode was hillarious, “We only want you to make a few slight changes to your show.”
Some think Kelly was more than willing to discredit Trump at the behest of Murdock and Roger Ailes. Kelly was all lit up beforehand, raring to go, but instead, she & Fox got lit up by Trump. Ratings may have “trumped” loyalty with Ailes and Fox, and Kelly may be on the outs or on a reassignment. If that’s true, it’s treachery all around - nothing to rejoice over, really. At this point, it is only conjecture.
She was so quiet after having asked Trump a nasty question, the subject of which was, among other things, like a decade old, pointed, out of context and the intent of which was to form his character for the viewers.
He seemed as pissed at her as anyone would rightly be.
She just shut up for a long time, I imagined, at the time, wondering what was going to become of her career.
Trump might be a wing nut and an unpredictable tyrant, I do not know.
But he is not only doing something about these horrible media America transformers, he is feeling what it’s like to be a Republican Candidate.
