Oprah Winfrey would be proud, as he was obviously a member of that generation of white people she believes must die before a more perfect union can be created; Barack Obama would be proud, because his administration's belief that those citizens collecting social security shouldn't be allowed to own a gun (to protect themselves from "home invasions gone wrong") has, in this story, shown its true objective.

Mr. Hester, on the other hand, if he had given them so much as a dirty look, would have never gotten out of prison, if he had not been executed.

What the hell is a home invasion gone right?

One in which all of the perps are DRT, the homeowner and other authorized personnel (if any) are uninjured, no charges are filed, and no significant property damage occurs.

I think that's the best possible outcome, if the perps decide to initiate a home invasion.

Better still would be if the perps consider their own mortality, and the consequences of grave sin, and decide to do something good rather than commit a violent crime.

Did not want to raise them in that environment.
