I don't post many threads, but I urge everyone to watch this speech. No joke.
This guy is going to make a lot of enemies.
I think I found my candidate.

Thanks again Art.
This guy is going to need some good security. Better than what he has now.

The Donald has all of the answers.. and they’re way out there, too!
From his book:
1.) Nationalized healthcare system
2.) protectionism... tariffs.. on every country on everything
3.) 15% wealth tax..
He’s more liberal than Obama

No other candidate comes close to the truth this guy stated.
Not even in the same ball park.
Trump’s in a league of his own.
The video basically says it all.

Read his book.. they’re all in the book. As far as The Oprah.. he said the same thing back in 1999.

It’s not an endless link. He said he’d love to have uber liberal Oprah Hogfrey for his VP and that they would win easily. Wow.

Trump’s speech was just political rhetoric. Tariffs .. nothing but a redo of Smoot-Hawley that deepened the Great depression.. Look it up!
15% wealth tax.. what about liquidity...?? How many businesses and regular folks have enough cash on hand to pay it.. Why, there’d be For Sale signs everywhere!

Be honest now.
I’ll be frank, every single candidate I’ve seen and read about so far seems like a typical 3rd rate bureaucrat compared to this guy.
IMO.

Trump is saying all the right things.
Which to some is completely unacceptable.
Only our people are supposed to say the right things.

Disregard what the Donald has written, everyone. Let’s put our faith and the future of the country into believing the Political Rhetoric of a man who bankrupted his company four times.

I watched every minute of it. And to be honest, I found it hard to watch. I can't believe with all his money he didn't/couldn't hire a speechwriter. Things like "Who the hell would vote for him?" may resonate with some but they they don't come across as presidential. I believe that hurts his chances. What I saw was the same man who was having the stupid spat with Rosie. Sorry guy, that's what I saw. His message was lost in the absurdity and the boorishness of his delivery. I do believe had he hired a speechwriter and a few professional handlers to coach him on what to do and what not to do things could have been different. But that's just me. I'm looking for someone who is presidential, someone fitting for the office, not someone who comes across as an inarticulate blowhard, who, good ideas or not, cannot get elected because of his boorish nature. That's just my .02¢.
