I don’t think any of these guesses are right. I’m looking up Zeppelin lyrics, and nothing matches that “cipher” in the cartoon.
Whatever the correct answer, the lyric will be obvious. I’m still looking...

Yeah, I just looked up all the guesses given so far, and none of them correspond to the cartoon.
The correct lyrics should be something along the lines of “My lover orbits around me the way the wind follows the ocean” or words to that effect.
I just wasted the last 45 minutes googling every variation on that, but came up with nothing....
