In some ways, the Armenian genocide is still going on or it might resume. IIRC, I remember an old episode of “Kung Fu” where Caine ran into an Armenian man who talked about the genocide as well. Some street urchins wanted to pay Caine $4.08 to kill the Armenian piano player, naturally, Caine does no and he talks to the man and the man tells him how bad they are treated in the Ottoman Empire.
