How can I bet money on this upcoming nomination, Elizabeth Warren is 16/1 that she will be the Dem nominee. (Hitlery 1/6), any way I can get real money on this?

I was in Vegas last week, the sports book guy at the Wynn said there was nothing like that there, he said to check online. Maybe there was at another casino, he wasn’t going to promote another place.
