On the first day we saw the North Charleston, South Carolina, shooting video of Walter Scott by Officer Michael Slager we were as shocked as everyone. However, as research now indicates there is much more to the story.
What we cover here in the latest update might just change the entire way the story continues

that’s right, Stg West made a mistake about the timing of CPR.
CPR was started when it was medically appropriate, several minutes after the Sgt arrived on scene.
the law distinguishes between police making material and knowingly false reports; and an honest mistake.
(e.g.. from california)

i’ll let folks read the attached and decide for themselves if getting the time of CPR start wrong, when first aid/cpr was properly done, is “material and knowingly false” or an honest mistake.
“Also None of the reports make any mention of slager being tasered”
that’s right, just as none of the reports have the number and location of Scott’s wounds either.
And car thiefs are out before the paperwork is done.
Theodore Adolf Mao Stalin Bundy...
Simply a sample of the mentality in law enforcement. Automatically jump to the worst case.
Just hope I don't fall into the hands (and boots) of a feral pack of California deputies...
Fake id’s were common place when I grew up.
Your papers please
Stop resisting!
Anyone?
Geez! What a Meanie McMeanpants question to ask!
I was genuinely stunned when I heard this morning the investigators who were investigating this event gave the officer *days* to first think about what he was going to say before completing a formal statement of the event.
This made me recoil.
Remind me again why we need all this policin'?
Oh, that's right - Anarcho-tyranny:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_T._Francis#Anarcho-tyranny
Sam Francis wrote: What we have in this country today, then, is both anarchy (the failure of the state to enforce the laws) and, at the same time, tyranny the enforcement of laws by the state for oppressive purposes; the criminalization of the law-abiding and innocent through exorbitant taxation, bureaucratic regulation, the invasion of privacy, and the engineering of social institutions, such as the family and local schools; the imposition of thought control through "sensitivity training" and multiculturalist curricula, "hate crime" laws, gun-control laws that punish or disarm otherwise law-abiding citizens but have no impact on violent criminals who get guns illegally, and a vast labyrinth of other measures [YER TAIL-LIGHT IS OUT, PEASANT!]. In a word, anarcho-tyranny.
And he also wrote: The laws that are enforced are either those that extend or entrench the power of the state and its allies and internal elites ... or else they are the laws that directly punish those recalcitrant and "pathological" elements in society who insist on behaving according to traditional norms people who do not like to pay taxes, wear seat belts, or deliver their children to the mind-bending therapists who run the public schools; or the people who own and keep firearms, display or even wear the Confederate flag, put up Christmas trees, spank their children, and quote the Constitution or the Bible not to mention dissident political figures who actually run for office and try to do something about mass immigration by Third World populations.
==========================
Notice that Anarcho-tyranny doesn't lay a glove on the people running the Managerial State - people like Lois Lerner or Hillary Clinton, who both committed BUCKETS of serious felonies.
Heck, unprosecuted felon Hillary Clinton is running for fracking president, fer crying out loud...
This made me recoil.
One of the perks of being hired muscle for the Managerial State...
This is an unbelievable revelation.
“Please dont insult us by using the NYT when you havent even analyzed the information linked here.”
Would it be okay to read the coroner’s report and see the details of Mr. Scott being hit by the taser?
You are more correct than you may know. In today’s legal standards, each and every round the officer fired, each blow delivered, each discharge from a taser and baton strike are supposed to be measured in their own merits. You can easily have a confrontation which starts legal and ends up with actions that are illegal.
There was another “stopped” same name thread that had enhanced photos, video timing and total scene diagrams, which explained a lot more than what we have been fed by MSM. Those may at the thread link on this one.
Turns out there is a witness saying the perp was fighting the cop and a enhanced pic showing the cop with taser wires connected to him and the perp dropping the taser itself.
Now go play delusion somewhere you won’t get hurt.
The narrative doesn’t say that the cop was tazed so he wasn’t tazed. He can only be tazed if the narrative says so.
Right. In Police State America World, if a cop chases after you, when you are doing your level best to avoid him at all costs, then you are "fighting him", "assaulting him ", and "resisting arrest".
The rest of us peasants get that, and we wish those sweet little rules applied to us, too.
...and a enhanced pic showing the cop with taser wires connected to him and the perp dropping the taser itself.
The Taser wires are one thing, but "the perp dropping the taser itself" was a conjecture by the author of the piece.
Now go play delusion somewhere you wont get hurt.
I thought about it, but it appears that you already have that space occupied...
