For a $25 donation.
As campaigns work to amass the money they need to be successful, they often try a range of tactics from contests to raffles. A certain campaign has even been known to discount, deeply, their $5 raffle tickets when they werent selling. I think, though, that we have a winner:
Ted Cruz

An afternoon of shooting with Ted Cruz in Texas? Way better than a thousand dollar copy of the Constitution signed by Rand Paul.

I don’t either, any more. I’m thinking they’ll provide one.

I’d take him to an Appleseed. My treat.

Suppressed MP5’s are fun,too.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
I don't really care. It might be difficult now for me anyway. I'd be happy with a picture. I got done what I really wanted to do. The donation ;)

I'll bet!
Expensive to feed the full auto ones, though.
BTW, I just sent this pic to Ted's FB page with a friendly invitation:

Since Texas has legalized suppressors for hunting, I know my brother has gotten at least a couple of them. What needs to happen now is getting rid of the federal hoops to jump through. No way should they cost that much.
Thank you for pushing that subject.

Agreed.
Every time I go shoot (And it’s not nearly often enough), I invite anyone who wants to do so to shoot my Osprey.
Infecting gun enthusiasts, one silenced shot at a time.
MWAAHAHAHAAA!!!!

On top of everything else, at 53 I've got some hearing loss. Enough I had to get a waiver from the Commander USAFR (reserves) to re-enlist after 9/11. Too many years around jets and firearms, even with hearing protection, I managed to lose hearing.
If I had been shooting suppressed firearms, some of that wouldn't have happened, even though I wear plugs and muffs, suppressed would have made a big difference. Who can afford all those hoops though? Not a young airman.
I won't shoot these days unless I shoot with a suppressor and muffs. They darn sure don't silence... ;)

Heck, I’d even let him put some rounds through my
Nagant M-91 Tikka.

I hear ya (Kinda).
Next week, I have to go re-take my hearing test at work.
I was in the Navy, and my ship ran fire drills where our 5” bow cannons would go off again and again. I stood fire watch right next to them.
(Be funny if they would have installed suppressors on THEM bad boys!)
OSHA should give $200 tax breaks to offset the tax for suppressors, and they should send some of their staff to assist BATFE with approving applications.
Maybe I’ll shoot that idea to Mr. Cruz.

No donation is required to enter and your donation doesn’t increase your chances of winning. You know, if you still want the chance..

Funny, I immediately assumed it was Nugent.

I have a 16 Gauge Mossberg 500 that I got in a pawn shop years ago. I’d take that.

I like the idea, but his security team can’t be too excited about it.

Add Ted Nugent into the mix. Maybe a $500 hunt and BBQ at the Nugent ranch with Ted Cruz. Do one every weekend. Could also do one for the big donors.

I love a guy who doesnt back down and cower when the enemedia and left snipes at him. Isn't it great to have a guy who isn't afraid to shoot back (and even shoots first when the message is important enough)?
I have thought that 'Be Unafraid' would be a great but simple campaign message for Cruz.

Done (yesterday, actually).
This is my second donation, and there will almost certainly be more to follow as I am able. I've also volunteered my time.
