As campaigns work to amass the money they need to be successful, they often try a range of tactics from contests to raffles. A certain campaign has even been known to discount, deeply, their $5 raffle tickets when they weren’t selling. I think, though, that we have a winner:

An afternoon of shooting with Ted Cruz in Texas? Way better than a thousand dollar copy of the Constitution signed by Rand Paul.
The Democrats wanted to counter this with an afternoon of “Driving with Ted”, but the time for that has passed.
If he would drive to the house by himself with no reporters I think I would enjoy shooting a box or two with the .22 and maybe a box or two at hand thrown trap.
Maybe even a few rounds with the old Swedish Mauser.
What are they shooting AT? Ears of corn?
That looks like pheasant hunting to me.
Having lived in Western Kansas for a few years, I would guess pheasant.
Wouldn’t it be cool if Ted Nugent offered to make it a 2 Teds for the 2nd Amendment (or something more clever) fund raiser?

Suppressors are REAL fun to shoot with. Not too many folks have had the opportunity to do so.
The Range Safety Officers and other shooters at my range were all smiles when I pointed to my stall and said, “Have at it,” this afternoon.
