Can the autopilot malfunction to 100 feet when this service said it was done manually, the door malfunction when it has to be done manually to lock it , and a man have a heart attack all in the same time as a Pilot goes to the bathroom????

The door lock can be opened from the cabin side with an entry code UNLESS the pilot sets the override to prevent it. The override can lock out the entry code for periods of 5 minutes plus. It automatically times out if not restarted. After the pilot left the cockpit, Lubitz had only to override the external code to lock the pilot out. The ride to the ground took 8 minutes. Depending on the override value, a single invocation may have been sufficient to keep the door locked.
