Maybe we shouldn't wait for the ferals to riot. Maybe the law-abiding should immediately take to the streets in a pre-emptive strike against the inevitable riots that are going to come every time some jungle thug gets offed, whether he deserves it or not.
In fact, maybe we should just anticipate the riots and burn the maggot spawning grounds to the foundations, then refuse to finance any more of them.
