What are the potential consequences for Hillary Clinton for using a personal email account during her time as secretary of state?
On Wednesday, the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued her a subpoena for all communications related to the investigation.
Judge Andrew Napolitano sat down with Martha MacCallum to go over the two potential criminal investigations that the former First Lady could face.
1. The less serious possibility is an investigation similar to what was brought against Gen. David Petraeus, who pleaded guilty this week for keeping classified documents in an unsecured location.

The thing about Judge Napolitano is that he describes things from the way “it should happen” and it very rarely does. So, while we can listen to him tell us ... “this is what should happen” ... the fact of the matter is ... “it won’t happen”!
Stretch it out for the next two years.
So, basically, she would be getting out of jail in about 300,000 years, and perhaps eligible for parole in 150,000.
Correct. Nothing will happen. She’s the “Non stick witch”.
Yep, the idea “that it would happen” is just as CRAZY as your numbers ... LOL ...
Yeppers!
The (D) after a name might as well stand for “Get Out of Jail Free”. Nothing will ever happen.
the Clintons always skate,, her poll numbers will probably rise when the press and the lefties blame the Republicans for attacking a woman
No way. The political elite do not punish their own.
You’re right. He still naively believes the system will function as its supposed to. But that’s rarely, if ever, the case.
Could but won’t.
Two words: prosecutorial discretion.
Yep, that’s the problem in a nutshell.
For the Clinton's there are no consequences, all scandals are good news for them, this too will pass...
Obama learned from them; immunity is more than a state of mind, self projected immunity when practiced consistently with constant artful denial is an actuality.
One would think it ridicules; but it works.
I thought the Feds had an 80% rule for parole?
But this morning someone on NBC News assured me that while she made errors in judgement, none of her action related to this email scandal were illegal.
Is Judge Napolitano saying that NBC News would LIE to me?
Because THAT would be shocking, especially from such a well-respected news organization...
“Nothing will happen. Shes the Non stick witch.
As long as it keeps her mangy azz out of the Whitehouse, that would enough for now as far as I’m concerned.
Just go down in the White Hut basement ....and between the basement Mosque and the Rovian weather machine they have a time machine...
....only it works in 2 dimensions....but good for new documents....
here it is printing out Obamas BC....
The required doc comes out a slot in the machine.
That would be sweet. It's exactly what, unprovoked, the Dems did to the State of Texas in 2012, to keep conservative Texas voters from having any voice in the GOP presidential nominating process. It was a strictly disenfranchising lawsuit without merit intended to delay the Texas primary.
The Democrats wanted Romney to be nominated, and they got it with Texas on the sidelines.
The technical argument was that Texas's redistricting had "disenfranchised" Sheila Jackson Lee's "vunnables" and thrown them beneath the iron wheels of tyranny. It was BS and the Supremes prorogated the case and slapped the 'Rats silly and told them to knock it off.... And the 'Rat lawyers went right back and did it again, ignoring the Supreme Court to push their political grift in federal court.
