A waiter has posted a check online, which he claims was from Valentine's Day. On it, a lengthy, angry note is written, telling the waiter that he was "stereotyping" his customers by assuming he would receive no tip. Therefore, because he stereotyped them, he received no tip.
The bill came to a sizable $163.40. Next to "tip," two lines were drawn through indicating that the waiter would receive nothing extra. The explanation was on the back of the receipt...

By not tipping, the Black couple helped to pay their server only $2 an hour.

The owner provides the venue. The diners had full discretion whether the server would be paid $2, $20 or $30 an hour.
I’m not defending the owner. I think most restaurant owners are scum. My girlfriend is a server and the folks she works for are money-grubbing bastards.
But, she does have nights where it is possible to earn $200 or more from her diners so she sticks around. But even then she pays 5% of her TOTAL SALES back to the house, regardless of what she earns in tips.
Her choice to stick around. I guess better the devil you know :)
Clearly they were disinterested in making this episode a racist incident. It was those privileged freaking Caucasians that were born racist who caused this.
Just refuse to tip and STFU!
Ask any waiter you know, they’ll all confirm that blacks are the worst tippers, regardless of the reason. You owes it to em!

In fact, my wife and I did just that a few weeks ago. Got seated, noticed a table of people across from us already starting their salads, got our order taken by server, got it, ate it, got the bill, left before the table of people across from us were done. Probably happens many thousands of times every day in every city in the U.S.
That explains a lot. In the past, the various cultures ended at the doorsteps of our military bases. Our military was the greatest melting pot.

Blacks are not good tippers. Just about everyone who works in the service industry is well aware of this. These people were just using an excuse to cover up the fact. I believe they knew all along they were not going to tip and were just waiting for whatever excuse they could find and turn into the “reason” why they were not leaving a tip.
Blacks don’t want to eat at those places.
