The Kenyan only did this to help the Castro boys and their communism to survive in Cuba.

“Where we disagree, we will raise those differences directly.”

:::::::::::

Sure. And who will disagree with the Commie Bros.? Obama? Hardly.
And what will he do about the differences? Probably break off diplomatic ties and install sanctions.....oh, wait....

The economic geniuses at the NYT pretend that there is suddenly a long line-up of American corporations

This is what I'm talking about too. Suddenly, leftists are salivating at the possibility of corporations doing business in Cuba. I thought corporations were evil?

President Polk should have offered Spain a billion dollars for Cuba, a deal would have been made with the Southern states to send the slaves there, Cuba could have been a territory or even a state, and we wouldn't have all these problems we're having now.

large mouth bass photo: Large Mouth basspic.jpg

Cuba's lakes were stocked with Florida large mouth bass before Castro. They're considered an invasive species now, and from all accounts are freakishly huge and unaccustomed to being fished.

“Where we disagree, we will raise those differences directly.” “

odd and revealing choice of words. I can’t think of one thing that normal Americans would have in agreement with the Castro brothers. Obama admits that he agrees with the communists on many things since the term “where we disagree” indicates an exception.

Senator Mendendez (D) has been vocal and has been about as good as anyone discussing what is wrong with this treaty.

Just one example.

Flopping Aces gets it right. Outstanding analysis. Notice that all of the cuban politburo is dressed in army green.
A commie junta— that needs what all commies constantly need— cash.

And it AINT coming from the US.

As a hedge against the lawful government of the United States finally cracking down on comrade obama for his seditious activities, he’s finally secured Cuba as the sanctuary country he can flee to avoid prosecution. It’s conveniently located, it’s run by people like him, and it’s a lot warmer than Russia or China.

In Communist countries, the avg citizen must get a visa to visit his country of choice just like Americans do. However, the avg citizen must also get a visa to EXIT his home country - that’s much more difficult to obtain. It will be just like that in Cuba.

Investing: Ever heard of permits? Communist countries are infested with government workers who keep inventing new permits (its ok if you want to call them payoffs) before Company X can build their supermarket, their hotel or their whatever.

Corporate Structure: In some Communist countries (perhaps all) the Board of Directors must include one member of the host country (and that individual must, of course, be approved by the government). Additionally, all Board of Director votes must be unanimous, i.e., the government has a veto.

Need to import equipment? - You can already figure this one out.

Need to do anything else? - You can also figure that out.

Everything’s a setup to extract $ from the Capitalist pigs.

a rubble crashing worse than the price of oil probably means Putin regrets his recent waving of Cuba's $32 billion debt.

This is hugh. Two classic freeperisms in half a sentence in a very insightful article, unless they're puns.
