Domestic problems often have complex problems. It is not always a clear cut right on wrong.
But if there is a restraining order against you, do not ignore it.

Apparently, Mr Weingarten has never lived in the less affluent areas of rural Pinal County AZ. Here, it is;
“When seconds count, The sheriff is a half hour to an hour to never away.”

Teach your daughters to shoot because a restraining order is only a piece of paper.

They are necessary to provide backup for the armed citizen, Should the day never arrive when an officer shows up during a defensive gun fight
and just starts shooting at everybody without knowing who is who. Has this happened
before where an officer who shoots somebody defending themselves, during
the confrontation?

You get more cooperation with a protective order and a gun, than you do with a protective order alone.

5 rules of a gun fight:
1) Gun beats no gun
2) Fast beats slow (he who shoots first, usually wins)
3) hit beats a miss (a .22 that hits is worth a lot more than a .44 that misses)
4) big holes beat small holes (as a general rule, go with the largest caliber that meets rules 1-3)
5) If one hole is good, two is better.

Police found Franks at his mothers home in Hymera, Ind. with two gun shot wounds. One may wonder why so many of this type perp (domestic violence) seem to have such a tight relationship with their mommies...
