Jaylen Fryberg is the 14-year-old freshman who opened fire today in the cafeteria at Pilchuck High School in Marysville, Washington. The gunman wounded multiple victims, including at least one friend of his, before fatally shooting himself. Police have said that two people involved in the shooting are dead, including Fryberg. The other deceased person was a female student at Pilchuck.

Whomever owned the gun did not take the necessary precautions to secure it. That in and of itself is terrible, the shooting of the innocent girl much more so.

Football players and homecoming kings aren’t usually bullied, yet the article describes him as having been bullied recently.
Perhaps its the shooters fault. Not the gun and not someone else.
Maybe he was bullied by his tribe members for acting too “white,” being in the homecoming court and all.

Much more likely he was a snot nosed spoiled brat from privilege who couldn’t accept the fact he got dumped.
The teenage sexual crap aside, he was obviously in a lot of pain. It was right there. He needed help. That’s why it’s sad.
