Eyewitness to Michael Brown Shooting: Darren Wilson Was Justified
Pundit Press ^ | 10/16/14 | Aurelius

A new eyewitness has emerged in the Michael Brown shooting incident in Ferguson. Witnesses partial to Mr. Brown have stated that Darren Wilson, the officer who shot him, killed the teen in cold blood. In a newly released interview, an impartial eyewitness casts serious doubts on other witnesses' stories.

The witness, who was not named, specifically says the things that protesters said happened are dead wrong. More than that, in corroborating what Mr. Wilson has stated happened, this witness seems to say that officer Wilson was justified in his actions. And the witness just testified to the grand jury hearing the Darren Wilson case.

First, according to the witness, officer Wilson had an altercation with Brown in a police car, yet restrained himself and did not fire on Brown.

Second, Michael Brown did not raise his hands above his head, nor did he say anything akin to, "Hands up, don't shoot." Instead, he put his arms to his sides.

Third, officer Wilson repeatedly told Brown to stop as Brown approached him. Brown did not listen to multiple commands to stop, and only when Brown greatly closed the gap between the two men (to about 20 feet), did Wilson fire.

So when did Brown punch Wilson and break his eye socket? Hard to do from 20 feet away. Just askin’.

The toxicology report will eventually put some drug into the kid’s system. At that point, there’s not much reason to get peppy over the episode. Everyday, a dozen doped up folks launch themselves at people and cops, and get stopped one way or another. It’s a sorry way to go....doped up and not realizing how stupid you are.

I don’t see what the big deal is. The cop was accused, tried and convicted not only by the press but by Governor Nixon himself. No need for further investigations or a trial.

So, this was a good shooting by Wilson?...Arrest and incarcerate all of the protestors for illegal rioting/rioting without a cause...

From the article:

Both leaders and protesters promise stark consequences if Wilson is not prosecuted and found guilty. One leader went so far as to imply that death awaited those who “let them down.”

These types of threats must be met with swift action by authorities, we cannot live in a society where thugs get the judicial ruling they want because they think it's right.

Isn't this type of threat illegal? If not it should be.

Did you miss the part about Brown and Wilson having an altercation in the car first?

The truth doesn’t matter. The left needed to gin up some more White Guilt and justify the criminal behavior of the underclass.

Second, Michael Brown did not raise his hands above his head, nor did he say anything akin to, “Hands up, don’t shoot.” Instead, he put his arms to his sides.

That lines up with the autopsy report. The wound pattern in Brown's arm (entry wound in the forearm between the wrist and elbow, and exit wound in the upper arm behind the elbow) is not consistent with having been shot while holding his hands in the air.

You have to take into consideration he was firing with one banged up eye.

It helps to read the article before spouting questions.
