The United Nations Secretary General's Special Representative Anthony Banbury has warned the virus could become airborne....

Well, the evil side has openly declared they want the world population under 500 Million in perpetuity.

What better way than to create a bio-engineered virus that no one has an established immunity to?

Cough, cough. I’ve been thinking of ordering some surgical masks, just in case they become difficult items to find down the road. Any Freeper recommendations? Amazon is easy, but I’ll consider other vendors, and the gang might want to know.

They shoudn’t be hard to find—a tenth of the Chinese and Japanese you see on airplanes and on the street (in China) seem to be wearing them, although I don’t know if they’re of virus-droplet rejecting quality.

Only emergency sex and having the Presidential Suite at the InterContinental Hotel in Lagos can prevent a global pandemic...

Who knows. Writebol got infected, and I’m pretty sure she took extensive precautions. It may already be able to go airborne, but in a very limited sense. I also doubt that Ebola has as much coughing and sneezing as the flu or cold, so aerosol droplets containing the virus might simply be much rarer.

No, thats not possible. In fact, the chances of Ebola even making it to the US are almost nil. /s

Stand a few feet away from a coughing Ebola patient and you will soon be convinced that Ebola can be airborne.

Fear not. This congenital idiot says everything is great and there is no danger.

One can only hope that if there is an Ebola pandemic, he will be the first to succumb.

Any virus could become airborne. This isn’t news it’s just baseless fear mongering.

The game of Ebola Roulette continues...

*click* spin *click* spin *click* spin…BANG!

Eeeee-bolllll-aaaaaa ping!

Bring Out Your Dead

We’re gonna need

a bigger cart!

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...
