It won’t work unless they believe it to be. You can say the bullets are coated in pig lard but until they know it is it won’t matter. Secondly, won’t the heat of firing remove that grease? And they know that?

If a muslim is hungry and there is no other food, then he can eat whatever he wants, including pork. He can certainly be shot be a pig bullet without fear of going to hell.

Another avenue (which the Kurds are using, IIRC) is to have women deliver the death blows. If it’s true that Muslims believe a Muslim man can’t get into “Paradise” if he’s killed by a woman, then we should make it known that we’ve got women doing the killing.
I also think we need to look at why we assume that the US would never do this. If it’s because our politicians need the money of our Islamist enemies, then something needs to happen to change that. Pronto.
Is there a type of bullet that shatters when it hits the victim so the victim dies of lots of schrapnel? If so, and if there was a way to get the pig material INSIDE the bullet, Jewish soldiers (for instance) would not be exposed to the non-kosher stuff because it would only touch the person it blew up inside.

Um, no. The author is way wrong. You don’t get into Heaven by “living this life well.” You get there by asking Jesus to forgive you of your sins and giving Him control your life. You can’t go there any other way.
