This letter sent to the Saint Louis Dispatch by Benjamin Crump clearly showcases the growing sense of desperation. As with almost all things from the mind of the Crump it will also backfire. Benjamin Crump should leave the thinking parts to his sidekick Daryl Parks.
First the Letter:
Benjamin Crump is not the sharpest tack in the tool shed.
You see, in the mind of the Crump the judge blocking the release of the Juvenile criminal records of Mike Brown equates to the non-existence of the records; ergo in Crumps mind there is no risk of criminal conduct being exposed.
BIG MISTAKE.
There are police records, there are incident reports, there are victim statements, there are witness statements of all the engagements; and, more importantly, in addition to the documents Crump feels safe will never reach sunlight ..
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THE REPORTS.
There are police officers who investigated the reports. There are victims who gave statements. There are people in law enforcement and inside the judiciary who were involved in all aspects of the Mike Brown Jr. criminal engagements. People.
Actual in-real-life people.
Just because a judge blocks a media publication from seeing the official criminal justice system record; does not mean the media, traditional or new, will be blocked from getting copies of incident reports, victim reports, police reports, and law enforcement engagement records.
Like perhaps for instance, oh, I dont know what if Big Mike were involved in: four assault charges, three burglary charges, one charge of attempted carjacking, one charge of sexual assault (attempted rape), and one charge of .
That might be a little difficult to hide considering all of the people involved, NO?
Almost identical to the Trayvon Martin case where Ben Crump petitioned the court to seal the school and criminal justice records of Trayvon Martin, the records still existed and it is not too difficult to bring them to the surface because PEOPLE were/are involved in the activities around those engagements.
And now, thanks to the short-sighted desperation of Benjamin Crump doing anything just to get the arrest he needs to file wrongful death lawsuits, there will be a purposeful motivation for those people to bring the truth forward.
Nothing drives sunlight toward a scheme like a publically broadcast lie from the mouth of a braggart.
Well done Mr. Crump. And Thank You.
Hear now what he got to say:
I am waiting for him to turn his last name into a verb.
Michael Brown WAS going to face charges because of the strong-arm robbery.
That's why he attacked Wilson.
Plus the courts said "Brown had no serious felonies" as a juvenile.
So they just admitted he HAD A RECORD.
They didn't say: "There are no juvenile records for Mr. Brown".
The only thing about Browns death that bothers me is he was left in the street for four hours....
Not sure how the police can justify that length of time baking in the sun...
Regardless of his culpability in his own demise, you don’t treat human remains in such a demeaning manner...
As for Crump, I’m not sure why this turd isn’t sitting in a Florida state prison after his criminal actions in the Zimmerman case...
It’s a crime scene. If they’d have moved the body quickly Crump would be claiming there’s a cover-up.
A crime scene REQUIRES a lot of time to collect evidence.
His body wasn't just being "displayed".
Johnny Cochran he is not.
You have to admit Cochran was a smart guy who knew his business.
O.J did it, of that there is no doubt. Yet Cochran got him off, in the face of a mountain of evidence implicating his client.
Crump, on the other hand....doesn’t know when to toss in the towel.
When you’re in a hole. Stop digging.
This story fell into a black hole. Nobody is reporting on it anymore.
Either
A) There’s nothing there
B) Al Sharpton and his loyal panthers want to lynch the officer in the shade of no coverage.
Do the name Ruby Begonia ring a bell?
When George Zimmerman cuts himself shaving or farts audibly, it’s news. That’s what Darren Wilson has to look forward to, no matter what happens.
I think its time we heard from these people.
“A crime scene REQUIRES a lot of time to collect evidence.”
Crump don’t care about no “ebidents.”
I’ll take “there is nothing there” for 1000 Alex.
The biggest reason the body stayed in the street (and it was covered) was because the Ferguson cops had to wait until the St. Louis County Police could get the proper ‘brass’ on the ball, and travel to the scene to takeover the ‘investigation’ of the incident. This was done because of a prior agreement (incidents involving shooting of a citizen) and because the governor got drug into it by the media.
Remember, there was a professional agitator there, who is the one who came up with the HANDS UP meme (almost instantly) and who talked with Dorian Johnson before he talked to the police and media.
All of this went VERTICAL quickly. Once the STLCounty Police arrived, then it took a while for them to sort things out (even arguing a bit over jurisdiction).
THAT is WHY it took so long.
Yeah, they learned from their “mistakes” in the Trayvon incident.
There’s an old lawyers dictum:
When you have the facts on your side, argue the facts.
When you don’t have the facts, but have the law on your side, argue the law.
When you have neither the facts or law on your side, argue. Loudly.
Mr. Crump is now arguing. Loudly.
