You RACIST, you... You are confusing the po’ folks with facts. And besides, no one there ever took geee-ometry... That is a white man’s math class, doncha know... Ergo your reasoning is, on its face, racist.
It would be nice if the facts mattered in this case but all that really matters to the masses is skin color.
I see a journalist has filed suit to get access to Brown’s juvenile record.
http://gotnews.com/sued-st-louis-county-court-get-michael-browns-juvenile-arrest-records/
The blacks don’t want logic and justice, they want a lynching.
Not bad but one error in the facts. From the Autopsy diagram it looks like all the shots in his arms support that his hands were down not up. They have entry points consistent with arms lowered. Raised they would have entered from the other side of his arm.
I don’t know who came up with this quote, but it’s true:
The slave doesn’t dream of being free, he dreams of being the master.
This is stupid, it assumes that the kid was standing there after 5 bullets had been pumped into him.
Yes, Crump’s assertion is stupid too, but two stupids don’t make a smart.
Mr. Brown would have suffered noticeable abrasions and such from the momentum of rushing forward.
But, more facts and detail can come forward and that will change as well.
If that arm was raised in the air when he was shot, Wilson would have to be standing over him and shooting nearly straight down.
The fact that this particular “witness” was also Brown’s accomplice in the robbery that had immediately preceded the confrontation, destroys any shred of credibility for his testimony.
His story about Brown being shot in the back has been shown to be a lie. The idea that the officer reached out with one arm and grabbed the large, tall Brown by the neck, is being shown a lie...and anyone with any common sense knew it was incorrect to begin with.
The idea of Brown surrendering with his hands up is already discounted by other witnesses, and ballistics will show it is a lie too.
No, much more credible eyewitness accounts make plain that:
1) Michael Brown profaned a police officer who at first simply asked him get out of the middle of the street.
2) Micael Brown refused to follow a lawful police instruction to get out of the middle of the street.
3) Michael Brown assaulted the police officer when he returned to question Brown, striking him several times in the face, attempting to the get the officer’s weapon in the process.
4) Michael Brown ran from the police car after assaulting the officer.
5) Michael Brown turned around and taunted the police officer when that officer gave chase and told him to stop.
6) Michael Brown then charged the police officer.
7) Michael Brown was killed by gunfire from the police officer as he charged that officer, Darren Wilon.
The police incident report agrees with this sequence of events.
Conversation from two bystanders discussing what happened on a YouTube video agrees with this sequence of events.
Other eyewitnesses agree with this sequence f events.
The medical report on the officer indicates he was severely beaten about the face and head...beaten almost unconscious...and sustained a fractured orbital bone to his left eye.
I believe that forensics and ballistics will prove this sequence of events.
Michael Brown was a large, very powerfully built and strong young man who was also a violent criminal and thug. He had strong-arm robbed a store minutes before this confrontation.
This officer, Darren Wilson, was heroic in his actions.
After significant injury to himself, and at moral peril to himself, he confronted a violent criminal and attempted to do his duty and apprehend the criminal. He then had to defend his life against the criminal and shoot him.
.
That's exactly the author's point... the testimony of an eyewitness was that Brown was standing there after 5 bullets had been pumped into him until the fatal shot was fired. That's what the author is debunking.
Those witnesses need to be charged with making false statements. No justice, no peace.
Nice work...hope Wilson’s lawyers read this blog.
That is probably the correct scenario...As one can see in the picture of the cop at the top of this page, it would be impossible to shoot someone in the arms where Brown was shot, unless his arms were outstretched, or up in the air, or he was facing away from the policeman...That's simple logic based on the arm wounds...
Hafta wonder, if Brown kept walking away, what would the policeman have done???
seeing how he was a year and a half behind in school and lived with grandma im curious why?
Or, if the shot hit him as he was falling.
But what about the hands raised witnesses?
Witness said that arms were raised as he taunted the officer shouting something like “you gonna shoot me” but then he rushed at the officer and that’s when the volley of shots happened, killing him.
Race baiters are claiming arms were raised as he was being shot.
Nonsense!!! Have you ever heard or seen someone surrender with arms raised while rushing agressivly toward the person with a gun. Try to picture that in your mind.
No scruff marks on Brown’s knees or hands. Only face. Which means not someone charging or moving with sandals, tube socks at a cop with pointed gun no less. 2 head shots downward angle, with officer not over 12ft tall so Brown’s already down, kneeling, etc. Forensics thus far don’t show good future for officer.
Your facts are correct but dont matter. The only thing that matters is that Wilson spend the rest of his life in prison and his family be hounded their remaining days. The 21st Century lynch mob led by the race whores, the self hating white media and the Obama administration will stand for no less, facts be damned.
