Holder: "Extraordinary circumstances" surrounding Brown's shooting dictated that the feds conduct their own probe
If at first you dont succeed, try - oops; not that one, but its very close. The one Im thinking of when I heard that the cavalry, in the form of two black leaders, not Black Panthers, although that group are certainly present at this roasting; but these warriors heard that a young black boy got shot by a white policeman during the riots in Ferguson, suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, and theyre here to make sure some white cop gets not necessarily fair but equal treatment.
But wait; fair and equal? How can that be? The cop was not looting and part of the general mayhem prevalent in the scene of the action; only the black boy. And yes, the young black boy was seen and videotaped with a box of expensive cigars in his hand when leaving a store that had been looted.

Because they failed “Logic 101” at Harvard, but were given an “A” anyway as part of Affirmative Action.
because they’re racist?
The term “black leaders” is incorrect. It should be “leaders of blacks”.
The truth doesn’t matter. It is about deceiving and then eliminating the enemy. Sun Tzu
Why? Because black leaders are prejudiced. They automatically assume, in any altercation between white and black, that the white is somehow guilty.
They use white guilt to push notions that police are still racist, that police brutality is still happening.
In their minds, this cop is guilty because there would never be any reason to shoot the brother.
The same mindset was present in the Trayvon Martin case.
When this cop goes on trial, it will be a similar circus to what we saw in the Zimmerman / Trayvon Martin case.
No Peace!
The "young black boy" was 6'4", about 300 pounds, assaulted the store owner and the store had not been looted when the videotape was made. It was a strong arm robbery. He was a thug. And the writer of the article is an idiot for falling for that crap.
And he was 18 years old which is traditionally considered to be when a boy becomes a man.
I use to believe the scripture
Exodus 34:7 - Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].
Are we still in generation 4 of the sin of slavery?
Until I read Jeremiah 31
The parents have eaten sour grapes,
and the childrens teeth are set on edge.
30 Instead, everyone will die for their own sin; whoever eats sour grapestheir own teeth will be set on edge.
31 The days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
32 It will not be like the covenant
I made with their ancestors
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they broke my covenant,
though I was a husband to[d] them,[e]
declares the Lord.
33 This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel
after that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my law in their minds
and write it on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
34 No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, Know the Lord,
because they will all know me,
from the least of them to the greatest,
declares the Lord.
For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.
So Christians who've accepted the new covenant are no longer under this curse. What about non Christians? And I'm talking about real Christians not
CINO’s.
Expensive cigars?????
swisher sweets....
Like many news stories the media fires up the black population by making accusations only when their is a white person involved. The racebaiters join with the talking heads jump in accusing racist America without knowing or caring what the truth is or will be. Enemies of America
Editor,
The City of Wilkes-Barre should establish Martin Luther King Day as a paid holiday by getting rid of Columbus Day.
If Christopher Columbus was alive today, he would be in a federal prison, and on death row. There is an abundance of historical eyewitness evidence, and Columbus own diary, which supports a legal conclusion that Columbus tortured, murdered, and enslaved thousands of Native Americans.
Columbus was witnessed to have buried alive many of these peaceful and loving natives simply because they became exhausted from their enslaved labor. Columbus own diary proves that he supervised the selling of Native American girls, as young as 9-years-old, into sexual slavery.
In contrast, Martin Luther King led a non-violent campaign to rightfully bring equality to African Americans in this country. He was a real American hero who will stand the test of time because there is no evidence to the contrary.
The longer the City of Wilkes-Barre allows this injustice to continue, the deeper the shame becomes, and the greater the community divides itself.
Lawrence J. Kansky, esquire,
Just a couple of comments regarding the 'sin of slavery'.
First of all, yes - it is a sin. Menstealers are condemned in the Bible. It is an affront to the command to love your neighbor as your self -- and also to the command to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Knowing that man is made in the image of God.
That said, Slavery has been around since the time of Nimrod. It exists today. Captain John Smith of Jamestown fame had been a slave to the Ottoman Turks - until he escaped. There is nothing 'unique' about America regarding the sin of Slavery. Those that are vehement about Slavery as an evil to end all evils should go to the Sudan, and Africa, and fight present day slavers.
And finally, had America not imported these slaves - what would have been the outcome for these slaves? Their forefathers apparently were weak, and allowed themselves to be captured by neighboring tribesmen. Without an outlet, their neighboring tribesmen would have just killed them. OR, they would have sold them to the other outlet: the Islamic world. The Islamic slavers typically castrated the males - so that would not have worked out too well either.
So I agree: Slavery is a heinous sin. But the alternative for those slaves would have been much worse. Sometimes God brings good out of evil.
“And he was 18 years old which is traditionally considered to be when a boy becomes a man.”
One of the big problems with our society is that 18 is still considered to be boy.
Silly, that’s because we’re all racist.
Akin to St Trayvon buying ingredients for purple drank.
The press never caught on, or rather, chose not to mention that.
