Ferguson, Missouri, and Trayvon Prove America Is No Democracy For Blacks
The Miami New Times' Luke's Gospel blog ^ | August 18, 2014 | Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell

Posted on 08/18/2014 4:44:30 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

The protests and riots in Ferguson, Missouri are providing proof the U.S. government sanctions racial injustice in this country while denouncing it abroad. The federal government spends trillions of dollars so we can be the world's peacekeepers. We start wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in the name of freedom. We help rebel groups oust dictators and oppressors like Muammar Gaddafi and the Taliban. We send drones and warplanes to bomb rebels from Islamic rebels in Iraq and Syria who are killing Christians. And we put sanctions on Iran for putting protesters in jail.

Yet here in America, the federal government gives police departments the tools to squash freedom of speech by arming them with surplus military weapons and equipment. Local cops get these fancy war toys to keep citizens, primarily African Americans, from mobilizing and standing up against human rights abuses. At the same time, the government allows illegal guns to flow into inner cities so that black people can kill each other off.

The brutal slaying of teenager Michael Brown by Ferguson officer Darren Wilson was the tipping point. The tension was building in a community where a predominantly white police department constantly harassed and intimidated a majority of its citizens, who happen to be African American. Brown's execution style murder was the last straw for Ferguson's black residents.

I've seen it happen here in Miami since my days as a park DJ in Liberty City. In the late '70s, I was part of a block party at African Square Park that devolved into a riot because of a corrupt white officer named Butler. He was a notorious racist who stole money from drug dealers. He would also take their marijuana joints and smoke in front of them. We were minding our business when he came into the park, yelling, "Y'all niggas need to get the [expletive] out of here." He poured gasoline on a small fire, turning it into a raging inferno of pent up anger and frustration.

When the smoke settled, the city of Miami sent in Rev. Willie Sims, Miami's version of Al Sharpton, to infiltrate our group. Guys like Sims and Sharpton are government stooges who feed black people bulls**t. He pretended to be on our side, but he was really working to keep us quiet. We still get no justice and no one goes to jail for oppressing black people. In the Eighties, the resentment of being treated as second class citizens continued to build up. It exploded during the riots in 1980 and 1989 after white cops killed unarmed black men.

Today, the injustice continues with the senseless killings of Trayvon Martin and Brown. People are protesting because they are sick and tired of the racial injustice. The only good thing coming out of the situation in Ferguson is that a large number of white protesters have joined African Americans. In addition, the arrest of prominent white journalists from the Huffington Post and the Washington Post is making people realize that our country is in trouble.

The federal government feeds off keeping us divided through class warfare. A recently released study by Princeton University says America's political system has slowly mutated from a democracy into an oligarchy controlled by the most rich and powerful people. The elites bankroll politicians who use racism and bigotry to divide the nation.

The only way to end it is by taking our voices to the streets.

I used to read DPRK (”North Korean”) and Warsaw Pact propaganda for a living. These are amateurs.

Yes, of course that do. And no, they don’t care. Did Lenin, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Castro or Kim care?

They could take their voices back to Africa since they can’t seem to fit in here. Oh, wait, there are no obamaphones, no obamacare, no obama slapping down whitey at every other presser and no obama to give them that super duper amazing miracle ebola serum and fluff their pillows in a nice clean hospital. Hey, they could take him back to the motherland with them.

Just heard on Greta that Mike Brown tested positive for marijuana. No info on any other drugs except that they are not precluded.

I have some recent experience with watching the affect of a six pack of beer and an unknown quantity of weed.

It was scary.

A thirty- something kid turned from Mr. Nice Guy to a mad man. Yelling, screaming, breaking things, swearing, threatening. Yes, scary. Very scary. I am very thankful that he didn’t have a gun or a knife.

I’m thinking that the stuff these guys are smoking these days is not your grandfathers weed.

No mention that Ferguson is a DEMOCRAT Town, with a DEMOCRAT Police Chief, a DEMOCRAT Mayor, in a Metro area RUN BY DEMOCRATS, in a state with a DEMOCRAT Governor, under a DEMOCRAT President.

No, Uncle Luke.

It proves nothing of the sort.

1st, the US is not a democracy in any case. It s a Republic. You see CLukeless, in a Republic the minorities actually get representation and have constitutional rights that cannot be infringed by the tyranny of a majority in a true democracy.

So, do a little government 101 research before you make a bigger fool of yourself.

2nd, what it does prove is that:

1. Race baiting scheisters and profiteers like yourself are still firmly entrenched in black society.

2. An ignorant electorate can easily be manipulated in the absence of the truth, or any true reporting or journalsm.

3. Thugs and outside agitators can create a scene of rioting and looting, for their owns ends, when public officials and law enforcement are cowed into inaction by people like yourself, appointees like Holder, and elected officials like Obama.

Fact is, the person at fault or Micael Brown’s death is principally Michael Browm

He chose to rob a store.
He chose to strong arm the store employee who tried to stop him.
He chose to illegally walk and strut down the middle of a street.
He chose to disregard and ignore the request by a Police officer to move off of the street.
He chose to scuffle with the police officer when the officer came back.
He chose resiste the officer when he sought to detain him.
He apparently chose to try and take the officers gun.
He chose to flee the scene.
He chose to turn and charge the officer when told to stop.

These choices led to his death. When a 290 pound, 6,6” man, who is very strong and well built, charges and attacks an officer, the officer can and should fear for his life.

That is why Michael Brown is dead. Period.

Frank Sinatra: You bet I am. Next issue: this crap with M-TV. With the nudity and all. What is this crap? Sinbad O’Connor.

Sinead O’Connor: Well, I think it’s bloody awful. But it’s typical of entertainment in a male-dominated society.

Frank Sinatra: Boo-hoo! You had me, and then you lost me! Billy Idol.

Billy Idol: I think it’s great.

Frank Sinatra: Shut up! Luther Campbell.

Luther Campbell: Well, that’s my bread and butter, man.

Frank Sinatra: Once more around, pal. Sounds like pops and buzzes from here.

Luther Campbell: I said, that’s my bread and butter, man.

Frank Sinatra: No, you’re wrong, schoolboy. You don’t need to work blue! You’ll never play the big rooms with that crap. Ask Redd Foxx. You don’t need the blue stuff, kid, you got talent!

Luther Campbell: But I don’t have talent.

Frank Sinatra: You’ve got it, kid. You listen to me - you’ve got a Ben Vereen quality, I can’t put my finger on it. Take the high road, baby!

Luther Campbell: I swear, man, I don’t have any talent. None! This is all I got. [ to Billy Idol ] Tell him, man.

Billy Idol: Yeah, he sucks!

Sinead O’Connor: He’s not talented.

Frank Sinatra: No, Bob Goulet - that’s not talented! You got talent! You got a Dionne Warwick/Falana kind of thing going. Steve and Eydie?

Eydie Gorme: Oh, you’re right, Frank.

Steve Lawrence: Absolutely. He’s great!

Frank Sinatra: Of course he is, you brownnoses.

Ole Luke is right about the racial injustice.

Had a white dude strong arm robbed a store there would be no federal investigation. If he then assaulted a Police officer and bull rushed him causing his own death there would be no riots, looting or National Press coverage accusing LEO of murder.

The race hustlers would applaud the officer’s fine marksmanship for taking out the racist honky.

He’s right - Blacks are treated better than Whites - they get to commit all sorts of crimes then get labeled as the “victims”. Whites have crimes committed against them and are labeled as the bad guys who had it coming. No Democracy at all....
