(VIDEO-AT-LINK)
In her latest media-politics endeavor, the former governor seeks to escape the "filters," this time between her and her fans' credit cards.
In the welcome video to the Sarah Palin Channel, the former governor of Alaska explains her motivation for starting a personal subscription network: Well go beyond the soundbites and the medias politically correct filter to get to the truth.
Over her six years in the national spotlight, Sarah Palin has not exactly lacked for media platforms, filtered or unfiltered. Shes had a reality show on TLC and one currently on Sportsman Channel. Shes been a paid contributor to Fox News. And should even Fox prove too much filter for her truth, shes had no problem taking her message direct, on Twitter, on Facebook and in videos. For Palin to have less-filtered access to the consciousness of her followers, she would have to possess their very souls.
But the most notable distinction about this brand-new platform, so far, is that it allows the former governor to get a message out to the public without the traditional, mainstream filter between her and your wallet. A subscription to SarahPalinChannel.com is $9.95 a month, or $99.95 a year (with a two-week free trial period). Thats 96 cents more a month than a Netflix streaming subscription. Its 95 cents more a year than an annual subscription to Amazon Prime, which also offers music, streaming TV and movies, Kindle benefits, and free shipping. Not here....

Yeh...that makes sense...
Sounds like an old sportscaster trying to make a comeback.
Wow, she lost someone who has been here FOUR WHOLE DAYS! How will she recover?
Apples and oranges but for decades I worked in radio news. Cut WAY back several years ago because all the stations wanted was “Happy News.” Basically puppy parades at the elementary school, entertainment, product reviews or similar from the PR wire...that sort of thing. So I stopped doing it unless absolutely necessary.
Now I kid you not, this is what was in the A block on at least 2 of Pittsburgh’s TV stations.
“Murrysville woman’s reunion with dog a huge hit on YouTube”
“Special honor given to Kennywood coaster”
“Summerfest 2014: Parade Time at Kennywood”
“Summerfest 2014: Parade Fans at Kennywood”
“Summerfest 2014: Behind the Scenes of the Parade at Kennywood”
On another station it was a story about a concert...pop, country I didn’t pay attention.
Then the viral video dog story
the coaster story
a passable story about a tornado...NOT in our area.
and a review of a hose attachment that promises to work like a pressure washer.
The latter station has been known to use phrases like “drowned to death,” “Today is Memorial Day and flags in our area are at half mast,” and “A car collided under the bridge.”
They walk among us.
Only thing missing is the drool.
I tried The Blaze and hated it...and then that assclown Beck charged my C.C. for 3 months after I canceled. But at least TheBlaze has SOME content.
THat is why I long for the return of Quinn and Rose !!
Bill is good , and informed , but he puts me to sleep !
Instead ,.. we get dribble !!
That is why I long for their (Quinn & Rose) return with thought provocation, and the ability to reason !
Instead we get pablum !! ZZzzzzz.... !
Well, you know, it's that Freeper newbie marketing nice that everyone's gunning for - they are "Oh, so nouveau!".
I especially like that "I'm old - I'm OUT" parting phrase, letting it be known that responses won't be sanctioned; kind of a 21st century reinvention of Cartman's "Screw you guys, I'm going home..."
I’m not planning to sign up, but I can understand why she did this. For one, it should cut down on the trolls, and moonbat Lib commenters. At the very least, it should make them more manageable.
nice = niche
How is she exploiting in a free market? Is that like Obamacare to you?
They sure do.
This is really driving them nuts. lol.
huh?
This guy is such a dweeb some of them he gave them to himself.
Those are top stories because the economy and stuff are going great
lol
I see your point, but I think it's a crying shame when you have to pay for the truth in this country. I used to watch Rush's webcam till he started chargin for it.
Let me guess: Momma’s Boy? Lives in basement; awkward around girls, but not little boys.
