( Cop is suspended for brawl with aggressive speeding driver he pulled over who turned out to be superior officer 'trying to pull rank')
And guess who gets suspended-the officer who pulled over higher rank officer.Ramras, come across as if he is above the laws and how dare you think the laws apply to me

Jackson needs to get a good lawyer.

Lieutenant David Ramras can be heard saying, “Do you know who the #$^& I am?” Seems to think he’s above the law.

Did he get a speeding ticket? Or did the cop just let it slide?

Wasnt it in Miami where a highway patrol pulled over a local cop going 120 on his way to a second job.

It sounds like the uniformed officer has a personal GoPro camera in the cop car. Maybe he wanted footage of himself heroically beating up a motorist.

Flouting the law, feels he’s above the law, combative, and gets revenge.
Yup, he’s a liberal.
Wanna bet he voted for the Obamadork/felon?

Cops of all ranks need to learn to be POLITE but firm, no matter who they pull over or get pulled over by.
They could easily have talked it out but the cop being pulled over did not behave in a professional manner.
He should know what to do and not to do.

High Rank Officer Safety gets his butt kicked for being a tool.
Low Rank Officer Safety gets suspended.
Sounds like a win/win for the citizens of Miami.

I love cop on cop violence. None of them think that the laws and fines they hang on the peasants necks apply to them.
Same goes for the Judges, and the Politicians. Cockroaches.

1. When you get that many cars on scene that quickly for a traffic stop, you have WAY too many cops.
2. Lt Ramurass is IA. Thats the quality of oversight youve got in PDs these days.
3. Ramurass yells, Do you know who the fưȼ¥k I am? Why should it matter?
4. Switch a regular ole civilian in for Ramurass in this situation. Now, how does it play out?

couple of years ago a cop here was pulled over for drunk driving and speeding by another cop. the drunk cop was driven home and the only punishment was couldn’t take his patrol car home. He still works for the dept.

This is the measure of modern LE. Few have any integrity, and the few who do get hounded.
Maybe they should pay attention to the memorial for a cop killer. Or the amount of people who cheered Dorner on.

All the guy in the car had to do is say yes I was speeding, I am with internal affairs. Either he would have been given a ticket or not. The internal affairs should be fired.
Questions I have is how fast was he going, how was he driving, where he was coming from and going to?
That should explain his reaction. I think he was covering up something.

The driver turned out to be Lieutenant David Ramras with the force's internal affairs unit. Despite Ramras's apparent combativeness toward the uniformed officer, it's now Jackson who's been suspended.
This story certainly lends credence to the oft repeated idea that bad cops are the ones who are running the show in departments everywhere...and the good ones are being marginalized out.
