Sorry, guys, the "Order in Favor of McDaniel" wasn't. The writ was
denied. The Mississippi Supreme Court ruled that McDaniel has no right to unredacted poll books; voters' dates of birth and phone numbers must be removed before inspection.

Still a win for McDaniel. The stuff that will be redacted is not needed to prove vote fraud.

The stuff that will be redacted is not needed to prove vote fraud.Clearly not needed, which made me wonder why he went to the State Supreme Court (and burned up a chunk of his 12-day time period to challenge the election and of his litigation budget) to pursue it. Because he didn't want to pay the fees for redaction? Because the redaction will take more time? I'm frankly unsure.
