The Mississippi Supreme Court ordered the Harrison County Circuit Clerk and Attorney General to respond to Chris McDaniel's petition for a writ of mandamus filed yesterday.

Still a win for McDaniel. The stuff that will be redacted is not needed to prove vote fraud.
Clearly not needed, which made me wonder why he went to the State Supreme Court (and burned up a chunk of his 12-day time period to challenge the election and of his litigation budget) to pursue it. Because he didn't want to pay the fees for redaction? Because the redaction will take more time? I'm frankly unsure.
