The investigations into the IRS and the VA are about to collide, head on, and it's not going to be pretty for Lois Lerner, congressional Democrats, and Obama. Lerner's been held in contempt of Congress, and Holder won't do anything. That's about to change.
The Democrats have attempted to shelter Lerner, decrying Issa's investigation as a "political witch hunt" and portraying her as a poor innocent being deprived of her constitutional rights. So far...it's worked to some extent.
However, we are soon going to be treated to the spectacle of multiple VA administrators being hauled before House and Senate committees, and guess what..there won't be any Democrats there to defend them.
So all of these now wretched souls will do the only thing they can...plead the 5th amendment...over and over..and this is going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
People...especially independents are going to realize that we have a government that is out of control, staffed by people who believe they are better than we are, and there is going to be hell-to-pay.
Republicans could do the smart thing, and run in 2014 on Ronald Reagan's words of wisdom from his Inaugural Address:
"Government is not the solution, it's the problem."
DC thinks the American people are deaf, DUMB, and blind. I think not.
They will still vote Dim.

A huge number of Rats and independents are LIVs and they may as well be deaf dumb and blind.
They will vote Dem like their very lives depended on it.
John Boehner & the Republican House would vote to remove Trey Gowdy from office before they laid a hand on Lois Lerner.
They’ll do it correctly...but it’s the image of the people whose salary we pay refusing to testify about abuses of veterans that will cause BIG problems...you can’t cover that up
I’m not buying that number any more. Even RATs that I talk to are disgusted and waking up. I don’t believe any BS being pushed out there. I don’t buy that veterans don’t blame the Puke. Our veterans aren’t deaf, dumb, and blind any more than the rest of us. They’re living the hell that this Regime created for them. Their families are living that hell as well.
One silver lining for our side.... The military, who already disliked Obama to some extent now likely hates him. That means he had better watch his step with his unconstitutional monkey business or he may just be the first president to face a military coup. And he would deserve it.
I’m not buying that 47%. Can’t be proven; just pushed out in the MSM to make the rest of us think we’re defeated. If that is the case, then bend over and give up.

She just has to keep a stiff upper lip, face and neck throughout the hearings. If she gets jail, holder will spring her. If she gets a fine, the democrat party will see to it that she gets a high paying job.
I wish I could share your optimism and apparent confidence in the American voter to do the right thing. I personally think we have "jumped the shark," passed a point of no return. I'd like to be proven wrong.
the angle the Republicans can push is that in the real world, if an employee messes up, they don’t have the privilege of going into the boss’s office, pleading the 5th, and then going back to their desk as if the boss didn’t matter. These appointees act like they’re entitled to their jobs at taxpayer expense no matter how poorly they perform.
The only way the low information democrat voter would pay attention
is if their monthly gov check quit coming.
