The Bureau of Land Management announced that it would not enforce a court order to round up cows owned by Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, effectively ending the siege at the southern Nevada ranch.
Associated Press:
Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public, BLM Director Neil Kornze said.
We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner, he said....

"IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to impound any of Bundys cattle for any future trespasses, provided the United States has provided notice to Bundy under the governing regulations of the United States Department of the Interior"
Well, The Law could just come out of Bammy's mouth and turn that all around. Besides it doesn't say they have to.

Feds retreat so fast from anything! Why?

Nothing this admin does is by accident or odd happenstance.
It only happens because the LIV allows it and the MSM toes the party line. This will not correct it self for the same reasons.
We really are seeing what happened just prior to the revolutionary war and the founding of our country. Less than 1/3 will think it is wrong and actively do anything to change it, 1/3 more will support it but not or can not actively oppose it even though they are against it, 1/3 will side with the current admin (loyalist's to the admin) and for the status quo.

Where are we as a people? Where is each of us? That is for each of us to decide and act on accordingly

Because Communists fear negative publicity will spook the herd before slaughter:
1) The Chinese likely pulled the plug on their solar deal with the Reid dynasty;
2) The DNC called off corrupt federal violence lest it effect the 2014 elections. Afterwards, they will have more flexibility.

I think many people have finally figured out where this crew is trying to take us and that they’re not kidding around.

Lots more guns and ammo will be sold between now and November. Unless they have some kind of Nazi-style “wonder weapons” that we don't know about, they'll have about as much luck against us as they did the Viet Cong, the opposition armies in Iraq, the Taliban and the Somalis.

Like the BLM needed machine guns and attack dogs to round up cattle. I think they were afraid of all the rope the other side had!
Should have strung up a few just for good measure.

The feds have run out other farmers before this try, and succeeded. They didn’t know the resolve of this one man, Mr Bundy. And they had no idea the resentment and anger out in hitherland from all our freedoms the government has already taken. There are those of us wanting someone to stand! This man stood and he was joined by the citizens of our United States.
I don’t know if the feds even yet realize what is in our craw about their heavy involvement of every area of our lives. It didn’t show in the last election because the repubs ran a moderate. But, nevertheless,... do not underestimate who we are and how many of us there are.

No. The Constitution says nothing about cattle. It does say, however, that the right to keep and arm bears shall not be infriged...I think.

My thoughts are, there was no order. The enforcement arm of the court is the U.S. Marshall’s Service. Given asset forfeiture and ongoing court dispute. There was no service by Marshall’s or Sheriff which indicates no court order. The court does not hire this out. Seems Extralegal action ordered by a political hack for the benefit of a pos politician and they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

I published my book Harry first in 2010, so I do wonder when Alex Jones and others claim exclusive scoops. There are a lot of other people helping dig Reid’s political grave for a long time, I’m just the best accumulator because I’m close to some of the people getting hurt. I know some close insiders.
