Team Arpaio: Major Media Heavily Involved In Sheriff Joe's Obama Criminal Investigation
BirtherReport.com ^ | February 28, 2014 | Carl Gallups

Posted on 02/28/2014 7:06:29 PM PST by Seizethecarp

Carl Gallups @ 0:10: I talked with Mike Zullo yesterday and he assures me...that major media is heavily involved...they are involved in this criminal case for certain...and will be released very soon. It was good to get confirmation of the names of the people involved in the media...big, big, big names.

This is going to be huge. So this is not going to go unnoticed. It is not going to go unreported like the last couple of conferences that Sheriff Arpaio did on the birth certificate where major media knew about it and showed up but would not report it. But now they're coming to Arpaio and Zullo. They know what's going on. They know some of it. They know bits and pieces of it and they're chomping at the bit and making their promises and lining up the ducks.

We don't have a date in March but they're still shooting for a late March conference and release of the criminal investigation and information...of the Universe Shattering information. The date of late March is still fluid. Don't panic!...Just hang on.

Now that major media is involved they're gonna want to time it with other events. They're gonna want to do some film footage and some interviews. The hard copy information that they have of this criminal activity that they have traced to the White House continues to pour in...continues to mount and so they're still in this huge investigation process...

Unfortunately for us (if true), I tend to agree with you. If this turns out to just be something about IP addresses from Darpa that is NOT universe shattering. It will NOT get rid of Obama. It will NOT prove where he was born. It will NOT prove who his parents are. They will totally play it as a couple rogue employees doing things that no one knew about, etc. etc. Same for any copy machine marks, coding mismatches, and so on.

If they don't TRULY have the goods then they will just do more damage. People won't keep waiting for the next universe shattering news conference, press will completely ignore, nothing will change, etc.

I wish I could preview the information because the CCP will become a laughing stock if they don't really have slam-dunk universe shattering information.

>>Whatever happens, happens.

That much is certainly true.

I think I would be satisfied if the kind of “beached whale” scenario you’re describing (well said, btw) is the end result. When news of the Lewinski blue dress hit the air waves, it was enough at least to be taken seriously and convince essentially everyone that Clinton had carried out the specific deed alleged. I realize he wasn’t removed, and some people contend it ultimately played out to increase his popularity. Even if that’s all that happens to result here, I would be pleased at least to know that his wrongdoing is brought into the light convincingly.

Perhaps, nothing can be done in the near term to give the public so sensitive a conscience as to become outraged at the President’s commission of election fraud, but it would bring me comfort that broadly people could no longer deny that it happened while at the same time preserving any remote shred of credibility. If finally everyone knows the truth but few care, that would be sad in many ways, but I would see that as far preferable to a broad swath of America never even having to come to terms with his forgery and identity fraud.

For me the greatest disappointment would be if nothing eventually emerges that people will find roughly as convincing as the blue dress.

We thank Red Steel for whale analogy. :)

For me, I just want to rub it the face of democrats that called me a racist for the last two elections. I want Chris Matthews spitting foam like a rabid dog, with Trump thumbing his nose at all of them.

In case you guys hadn't seen it, there's an old 2011 youtube video reposted up on the front page of PPSimmons from Carl Gallups full of information that's already well known, but is perhaps being released now (I'm guessing) as part of a larger overall strategy.

Thanks for the information. As you suggest, it is noteworthy that Gallups is refocusing on a Kenyan birth now AFTER he has been clued in to additional evidence that Arpaio and Zullo have.

In a sad way, if he resigns he escapes punishment.

Not necessarily.

Plenty of state laws for fraud and state DAs could prosecute, and I would not trust any DA appointed by Obama.

State AGs or DAs could indict, but the case would be heard in federal court, not in state court, under 28 U.S.C. § 1442.

Taking a closer look, I read that it 'may be removed' to a federal court. It doesn't matter to me what court, state or federal. As it says per your link to the fed. law that the criminal court case could begin in state court. I don't have much doubt that Obama would like the venue moved in his favor in a case against him or one his lieutenants. A judge that Obama appointed to the federal bench.

"28 U.S.C. § 1442 : US Code - Section 1442: Federal officers or agencies sued or prosecuted

"(a) A civil action or criminal prosecution that is commenced in a State court and that is against or directed to any of the following may be removed by them to the district court of the United States for the district and division embracing the place wherein it is pending:..."

Yes, it can be brought in state court (in fact, it would have to be, because state prosecutors can’t file criminal charges in federal courts), but the defendants would remove to federal court.

It says may be removed, as in possibly moved, out of state court. I suppose it would depend on what’s what for the Feds to take jurisdiction. And it would be crazy that federal officers would have criminal immunity from state laws who could only be prosecuted in federal courts.

Moreover, I see a good chance of conflict of interests since all 93 federal DAs have been appointed by Obama, which was “graciously” pointed out up the thread by Nero the retread Jamese777.

"May be removed" means it's the defendant's option.

I suppose it would depend on what’s what for the Feds to take jurisdiction.

Yes, once the defendant files for removal, a federal judge would then decide if the requirements of section 1442(a)(1) are satisfied. If the judge decides those grounds are satisfied, then the state court "shall proceed no further" and the federal court "shall make such disposition of the prosecution as justice shall require." 28 U.S.C. 1455 (b)(5).

And it would be crazy that federal officers would have criminal immunity from state laws who could only be prosecuted in federal courts.

The whole point of section 1442 is that federal officers who claim that federal law gives them immunity from state prosecutions should have their immunity defense decided by a federal court, not a state court.

Moreover, I see a good chance of conflict of interests since all 93 federal DAs have been appointed by Obama, which was “graciously” pointed out up the thread by Nero the retread Jamese777.

Federal prosecutors would have no role. If the case is removed, it gets tried in federal court before a federal judge, but the state prosecutor would still prosecute the case.

I'm tempted to take this as a good sign. One of the liberal rags in Phoenix managed to get the Feds to hand over a heavily redacted copy of the FBI files compiled as part of their Eric Holder-ordered witch hunt against the Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Despite the redacted details, the article from The People's Republic utilized their crack team of opinion editors to cleverly peel away the black redaction markups and discover that underneath those marks was nothing but really terrible stuff about how Arpaio is corrupt and racist and friendly to evil capitalists and willing to punish law breakers even if they couldn't help it because our insufficiently distributed wealth lured them over the border.

Contributors Yvonne Wingett Sanchez and Dennis Wagner (at least one of whom is doubtlessly the mild-mannered alias of our very own Jamese) can't spell out in exact terms the startling revelations about Joe's meanness and evilness, but they need us to "just trust [them], because it all shows real good that the sheriff is real, real unkind and grumpy and maybe even a little unlegal and church-going and also all kinds of other super bad stuff like that!"

Anyway, maybe some people out there are getting increasingly convinced that the MCSO has pulled together solid evidence in the as yet undisclosed case against the Obama fraud, and they're getting desperate to muffle Joe's voice.

Hey, I can at least hope?

Yep. If they had anything to truly nail him on, they woul've done it long ago. I'm actually pretty sure that Arpaio's office had their access to the Federal immigration database revoked less for so-called alleged "civil rights violations" than for what certain parties were concerned might be able to be discovered about another illegal alien altogether.

Okay, what was Lt. Harris a lieutenant in?

You know the original arrest report is available online, right?
