where is that? that is an assumption, that is a possibility, but not anything i could find. to transfer, you have to file the paperwork, same as if you sold. again, if all one needs to do is screw on the paperwork, don’t file, decide to transfer a tail number on their own, we’ve got problems at the faa. for public safety that data needs to be current and accurate.
