Can’t be having real life scenarios because we wouldn’t want to hurt Muslim or liberal/anarchist feelings.

Nice of the Ohio National Guard to announce that they’re the enemies of anyone who appreciates the Second Amendment.
Memo to self: ONG is not my friend.

We had very similar training when I was stationed at Camp Lejuene in 1970. Of course, we were training to quell civil disturbances that the current Regime comprised of Socialist Radicals would incite.

I wouldn’t be too hard on the troops. Be more concerned about the 2nd stringers that are moving into command positions as the Real Patriots are being pushed out through Obama’s purges.

Glad to see all those brave soldiers loyal to their oaths and refusing to practice making war on americans. Yep, look at them refusing to participate at the thought of being ordered to butcher american civilians. Oh...wait...

What? They’ve graduated from shooting students, to shooting conservatives?

Officers and NCO’s make the troops and tell them who their targets are.
If the new officers are going to be of the leftist and statist mindset then so will be the troops.

I wouldnt be too hard on the troops.Yes, because the ohio guard has a long, storied history of refusing to turn their weapons on civilians.

Didn’t they already fight the Battle of Kent State?

Only practice. No harm. Heck. Hitler only had glider clubs before the war.

I wouldnt be too hard on the troops. When they start breaking into our homes and dragging us out, can we then complain?
If they beat, shoot or incarcerate innocent people because they are "just following orders", then just what excuse works for them?
No more excuses. We have reached the point where there is no gray area. Right and wrong are clearly delineated.

At present, the idea of right-wing terrorism is absurd, compared to the very plausible Islamonazi threat.
However, I think there is more operating here: I think the left realizes that a significant portion of the population will refuse to roll over and surrender when the controls are tightened. By identifying such people years ahead of time and demonizing them, they are conditioning others to think of the right as a potential enemy.
The left has fantasized for decades about killing the people who disagree with their visions of utopia. Someday, some of them intend to see those fantasies fulfilled.

Read their “scenario”. One major difference, left wing extremists seem to be much more dangerous: no morals and no respect for others lives.
To: KeyLargo
Good. I’m glad there are some people here old enough to have not needed a sarcasm tag for my previous post.

When they start breaking into our homes and dragging us out,I don't intend to be home. There's this nice overwatch position with cover and concealment.....

It might surprise you to know that many of our troops take their Oath of Enlistment quite seriously.
Unlawful orders do not have to be obeyed.
I know. I am one who is an Oath-Keeper.

“The ONG 52nd Civil Support Team training scenario involved a plot from local school district employees to use biological weapons in order to advance their beliefs about protecting Gun Rights and Second Amendment rights.
Portsmouth Chief of Police Bill Raisin told NBC 3 WSAZ-TV in Huntington, West Virginia that the drill accurately represented the reality of the world we live in, adding that such training helps us all be prepared.
