Yes, I'm quite sure it does seem bizarre to you or anyone else who doesn't realize what they're uttering. It probably even comes as a shock to you. But you'll get used to it, and now that you know the truth, you will began to think more and more about using the proper pronunciation.

Romans 2 shows quite clearly Paul’s high regard and reverence for Torah; James 1 does the same for James, 1 John 2 & 3 does the same for John, and 1 Peter 1 does the same for Peter.
At least a decade before any of those letters were written Yeshua provided a full denouncement of the Pharisees’ law in Matthew 15, and 23, and announced the Earthly permanence of his own Torah in Matthew 5.
You have shown no respect whatsoever for these revelations by Yeshua and his chiefest apostles.
