In his press conference on December 20th, President Obama urged the House of Representatives to support the Senate’s immigration bill, which passed 68-32 in late June. However, as asserted by Jason Riley, a member of the Wall Street Journal editorial board, “The number of jobs in the United States is not static. It’s fluid, which is how we want it to be.”

Actually the article did state that they might be visible down here in the States, but didn't say what parts (or how far south.) Guess I'll have to put on my anti-glow-bull-warmthing-thermo-protective-wear and take a peek at the northern sky... ;-)
Too far south here. My forecast says sunny and 50 today, which is not my idea of springlike warmth.
