Actually the article did state that they might be visible down here in the States, but didn't say what parts (or how far south.) Guess I'll have to put on my anti-glow-bull-warmthing-thermo-protective-wear and take a peek at the northern sky... ;-)

Well, you have to look at some pages, with instructions on them, and then follow the instructions in sequence. The returns were already done for him; this process is just getting them mailed.
