The question is asked; “What if Pearl Harbor happened today?” This administration would immediately seek a peace secretly letting Japan know that Hawaii may be turned over to Japanese control and parts of California may be thrown into the bargain. In the meantime the administration “spokesperson” would assure the American people that when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor America won a great victory and no negotiations with Japan are under way.
