Vice President Joe Biden said Repulican opposition to the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) in the House of Representatives came from the "Neanderthal crowd." And he gave himself credit for coming up with the law almost 20 years ago.

We all know that libs are exempt from civility. As for the VAWA, I think its only purpose is to make Republicans look bad by getting them to oppose a law that everyone knows is bullcrap but which will be used to vilify Republicans in the press for opposing the bullcrap.
