If cats that we owned owned us disliked their catnip mice with prejudice, they quickly sacrificed the offending critter in a very feline manner leaving only an empty husk and scads of catnip shreds scattered over many square feet of carpetfloorscouches...
And then they wanted another one...
Now you did it. You said "cannon shot"...
I thought you said someone dropped golf balls down the barrel. You didn't tell me about the pigeons...
It depends on the color of the snow...Only pure white is healthy. Yellow, green, gray or pink snow should be avoided!
Just golfballs in those tubes that night.
Ohyes! ‘Splody things! YAY!

About 1:33 mark, there’s a rabbit looking thing center of view..
It was a brief snow shower, but frantic. Temp dropped from 40° to 38°, but it’s back up to 43° again.
It was 48 this morning
in New Braunfels TX!!
in October!!
When I was a kid it didn’t even get nippy until Halloween!!
The Freezapolypse is upon us!!
We’re doomed!!
Aw, come on guys! We didn’t even get any stickage. The grass is still green, and it is a balmy 42°.
Those photos are of the lake-effect snow up around Cleveland. We are far enough south not to have a very big problem with L-E snow.
Don’t worry. Bryan has a snow thrower attachment on his new John Deere lawn tractor. We’re good to go for winter and snow.
Ohhhhhhh ......... Cute girl. I just got text of my great niece in a dinausaur outfit as a half cowgirl riding a dinausaur. Lol
If I want something cold to eat, I put frozen blueberries in a bowl and stir yogurt into them with a little Truvia, and sometimes (real) vanilla extract.
Yum! Low-carb ice cream!
I haven’t eaten any snow for about 60 years now, and counting...
I can recall, many years ago, in SLC, a mail carrier called into the main post office and said she couldn’t get out of her driveway for the snow.
The postmaster accused her of lying, and then someone else told him there were three other carriers in the same area who couldn’t get out of their driveways.
The culprit? Lake Effect Snow from the Great Salt Lake.
I remember growing up and driving in fog, in the desert...we lived on the shores of a smaller lake to the south...Snow and fog in the desert? High desert in the middle of the Rockies!
Yes, it might help.
I wasn’t necessarily talking about eating the snow, but just having it FALL on you if it’s the wrong color can cause terrible psychological damage! *snort*
Sam Ting, except with Splenda.
Awww. There was a really cute little dinosaur costume at The Salvation Army last week, but it was a size 3T and Kathleen’s a 2T. I figured it was only fair to leave it for someone with the right size of child.
I just got your picture. Great shading! I’ll have to hang on to it to give me ideas for my pictures!
I have one of a Japanese lady started, but I might begin another. I like having more than one, so I can change if I’ve gotten bored with backgrounds or something.
Do you like, or not?
No snow here yet, but it's finally chilly....mid-to-upper 50s, maybe 60. I'm loving every minute of it. It was well into the 80s during the first part of the month...I thought fall would never get here.
Shannon, as I’ve mentioned, crouches near the catnip mouse and yells at it. Jake hugs it and occasionally beats it up.
Elen put new catnip in it today, so Jake has been lying blissfully in the sunbeam with it, near his favorite spot on the carpet where the dogs peed. It’s an olfactory explosion of sensation!
