I can’t take Tylenol. It seems I OD’d on it and damaged my liver. And of course, Ibuprofin irritates my stomach...
There really isn’t much I can do for pain relief except heat and rest.
*sigh*

We hope it will work.

Tom? The docile, obedient, mild-mannered Epic Fail didn’t fail to get a speeding ticket???
I am aghast and amazed!
How long will he be mowing the grass for free to cover the cost of his impetuosity?

11 times.
He claims it’s Bill’s fault because Tom was going to be late for class because they left home too late because Bill was grooming. (For the record, Jamie saw him when they got home and said he looked very nice. Also, he didn’t gloat about Tom’s getting the speeding ticket instead of him, at least not in front of me.)
In other news, it smells like there’s something dead in the garage.

Eleven times sounds like a nice round number. When he’s finished, he can come and clean off my patio! I’ll pay him in food and counseling!

11 x $20 pays his fine. I’ll probably just say “through the end of next summer,” or something like that. It will probably only have to be done once more this fall.

Pretty hefty fine, but I hope he learns something. Here, it’s $100 for every mile an hour over the speed limit in school and construction zones, and $50 per outside of school zones.
Either way, I have a heavy foot, but I DO watch the speedometer, knowing if I don’t I’ll be cruising at 80 mph in a 55. Experience tells me THAT!

I found this on facebook:
Menthol Shower Pucks
1 Cup baking soda
1/2 cornstarch
1/3-1/2 cup water
2-3 Tablespoons mentholated rub
Heat water enough to melt the rub in, add dry ingredients and mix to a thick paste.
Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. Fills each about half-full with mix.
Let dry overnight.
When pucks are hard, remove from cups and store in air tight container.
Toss a couple in the tub when you shower and it will ease your congestion.

I just got a call from the doctor’s office. HAH! They don’t see me often enough so they want me to come in for a “follow” up.
Sure. They just want to squeeze in one more patient before ZeroCare starts tweaking the system.
So I have a fasting blood draw in mid-December, followed three days later by “an extended physical.” Whatever THAT means.
And I’m to bring “all prescriptions.” HAR!!!

Ah. Never had luck with the prevents headaches stuff myself. Im told it works wonders for others though. I generally don't have trouble with headaches.
I think I may be a carrier, though.
