I on the other hand have endured (that's the operative word) M$'s offerings through the years since DOS 3.1...

Windoze is an annoying and arrogant virus that disguises itself as an operating system. Some iterations of the virus are downright barfglop and it seems like it's every other iteration.. For instance, there was Windoze Messedup Edition which sucked, then Windoze XP, which was endurable, then Windoze Vistula (or was that fistula?), which sucked, then Windoze 7 which is again endurable, and now we have Windoze Ate, which might be ok if you have a touchscreen device, but since I have a beigebox (well, it's actually black and silver) and a keyboard and rodent, and since I don't envision myself getting a 24" touchscreen monitor just to keep M$ happy because that would be just plain stupid, I also don't envision myself looking at the Metro interface of Windoze Ate.. Ever...

It's not so much that I am a Windoze fan as it is that I've Grown Accustomed To Its Face...

No, it’s deliberate. The space between her and the car to her right is almost 4’ wide, meaning she KNOWS what she is doing.

I will go to the office in the morning and complain in writing. They can deal with her. She’s not popular here, anyway, and the office is onto her tactics.

She swears someone tried to break into her place, but her windows face my apartment, and I would have heard someone trying to remove the screens. I think she hallucinates.

I dread the day I will have to replace this laptop, because I know my only option will be Windoze Ate. Although I have a relative who has worked at MS for YEARS, I don’t relish the idea of having such a nasty program on my computer.

But I don’t know how to get anything else, and probably couldn’t afford it, anyway.
