Oops.
Sorry about that.
“It’s not a chipmunk, it’s a squeaking lacrosse ball.”
Okay, I follow you that far ... but what made the lacrosse ball squeak?
Drink lots of tea! Good news that you don’t have a hole. I hope the other eye gets done soon!
All this medical talk reminds me I need to get a shingles shot. I’ll have to look it up to see if it’s likely to affect my normal functioning, first.
Because it resembles a slightly manhandled chipmunk.
But only outwardly.
Honest.
I can see that. Probably the reason I can see that is that I don’t get enough food or sleep.
Beautiful! Good morning! Sunny here.
Sunny here, too. Tom is taking the SAT. I’m organizing Spanish music for tomorrow. Bill has left for work.
Later it will be hot, and Santana can go outside and bask on the cement.
Prayers up for Tom. (He doesn’t need them but they never hurt.) I’m just cleaning and learning to use Open Office. We’re still getting bell peppers (green, purple and yellow). Mr. Sg planted a variety pack, and the peppers are all different shapes as well as colors. He made a chicken and pepper stir fry with an Asian-style orange sauce. I finally made fettucine Alfredo and got Navajo fry bread right. Now, on to find a passable recipe for pastelillos (love Puerto Rican food!). SYL
Also, “Dead rotting corpse stuck in a duct of our central air unit” at our previous house here in Ohio.
The plumber got it out.
I was fascinated by its remains. Funny teeth and all. Bryan was grossed out and wouldn’t look at it.
Corpse of what?
Don’t worry about them forgiving you....I’m a dedicated Three Stooges fan...they provided me with a alot of silliness when i was growing up! LOL!

Tomorrow owl be home again. YAY, me!
I didn’t think I had a problem. In fact, I thought the entire thing was an exercise in futility, a waste of time, gas, and money, and i really didn’t want to go. My BP was high (stress of it all) and my eyes had to be dilated the second time. Unngh!
Outside of that yesterday was a good day!
There is a shot for shingles? I can’t look it up till tomorrow, but it sounds like I want one!
Good luck to Tom!
I don’t know what i will do today...it will be a long day...i want to be home.
There is a shot for shingles. I’m told it’s expensive, and insurance generally doesn’t cover it unless you’re elderly (over 65?), but I can pay cash.
If the shot is covered for those 65+ and/or disabled, i will see about getting one. The last thing I need to deal with is shingles.
Same here. I don't have time to be sick with anything that isn't going to kill me fast.
Several years ago, the late beloved Ann dealt with shingles for about 6 months. She said the only thing that was of any relief was witch hazel. She said she thought she had bought enough to own the company outright.
