This is a “tell” for a fraudulent cover-up. Whatever your attorney won’t let you hold or be physically connected with is something that will incriminate you! I wonder if NBC has seen this:

Is that different than Senator McCain only allowing one report to see it but not take any pictures? Part of Mitt Romney’s was seen on the Reuters’ site but did anyone get to hold it? What about Governor Jindal’s, it was on the internet but did anyone actual see it or touch it?

Why the change up in wording? Because he was likely about to call it a certified copy of a LFBC, and changed up at the last moment to instead say "what they have on file." Yeah, as in, "written down."
What a steaming pile of excreble legalese. Jay Carney take note.
