Check out # 769 , ... and also # 770: "Senator Cruz’s BC doesn’t list a hospital, a doctor’s signature or mother’s signature."

Why not?

Thanks Seizethecarp and 4Zoltan.

Without having seen any other examples of Alberta, Canada birth certificates, I would assume they don’t list such things.

Just as the Hawaiian BC of today no longer lists them.

Cruz’s BC appears to be a “short form” which, according to the fine print, affirms the existence of a supporting record in the archive. It would be that archive record filed the week he was born that would have the Canadian equivalent of the “long form” information.

Unlike Barry, whose “official” life narrative is full of lies and who has obstructed transparency at every turn, Cruz has seemed to me to be forthright and honest...except for pretending that there is no constitutional issue regarding the admitted facts of his birth.

If you look at how often the media and lots of FReepers declare that a citizen at birth is an NBC and how courts refuse to obstruct candidates on the issue leaving it to the voters, Cruz could likely get a pass from the courts, IMO (regardless of my personal view in accord with MvH).
