I’ll be needing those prayers....not naming names, not at all..but and however.
Due to his declining health, he was a tad late on SOME of the bills. Not all, but an important one.
Oh. You know. Like his life insurance.
I was led to believe that I was getting a certain amount, but got a check in the mail from them today for...sit down now...a tad over $5,000.
For me to enjoy my old age. $5,000. FAR less than was expected.
Need prayer for a clear head, for God to send me the right people...and all involving this mess.
Prayers for clear thoughts and help that you will need in the coming days. I’m sure help is on the way as I type this.
Did the check say “final” or “settlement”? Maybe it’s just a first payment???
(this is why I don’t have life insurance...can’t & shouldn’t depend on it...better off putting the money in a CD or something...)

Prayers that this insurance mess is settled in your favor. What a thing for you to have to deal with at this time.
Just take your time doing ANYthing. There is no hurry and
you need to be able to think things through. Just sayin’.... :)
We are in our 70's. DH will turn 75 and has not been the best of a manager.
Maybe when your head clears and you have been by God's grace able to resolve the mess you were left with.... you can share some suggestions for those of us not yet faced with grieving and shuffling all the left overs.
