I read on another thread that one “young lady” juror had tears in her eyes when prosection was up..emotions, not following law etc.. will most likely cause hung jury, probably from this juror.
Skipped that one (not guilty by a huuuge margin; 86.75 Not) & voted in the ‘what I thought’, instead. Another huge margin-
Guilty 5.22
Not 84.7
Manslaughter 10.7
Hung jury is not an option so I can’t vote.
I think they’ll find him guilty of manslaughter, but they will also find that he was acting in self-defense. It generates an automatic appeal.
not guilty - even lame stream media is starting
to say things like “They just wanted the case to be heard”...
Why only 6 on the jury? I would also have complained they are all women....not a jury of peers.
pulbic tranzit in miami?
What are you a masochist?
Not Guilty 85.77% (645 votes)

...get an all female jury, and such a result is inevitable...
Manslaughter. The Cowards way out.
Fear-based jury nullification.....
Guilty of something.Either way,the explanation I’ve heard indicates that if he’s convicted on either count he could get life under FL law.
