Way back in the day when I played WOW for a little while, I could have put half the people on my server in jail apparently.
This is truly frightening.

The Cops should get back to their day job:
Collecting Revenue for the Welfare State from innocent citizens attempting to go about their day.

This is truly frightening.Sure is !! These kids have been put in prison - for months - for a speech crime.
Their lawyer should have got them out within hours.

Way back in the day when I played WOW for a little while, I could have put half the people on my server in jail apparently. "There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpretedand you create a nation of law-breakersand then you cash in on guilt."

It is the worst kept secret in the country that prison management uses rape as a tool. It is a national scandal.

He's not one of Eric Holder's people, so he deserves whatever he gets. Teenagers get raped in prison. No wonder he's suicidal.

This isn’t the federal government doing it, it’s Texas law enforcement and a Texas judge.

Thank you for posting that. There are many detractors of Ayn Rand on this website, but one cannot argue with her perception decades ago of where things were going.
I was looking for that quote just the other night, so I am glad you posted it.

MEMO II: The 0dunga Regime has declared war upon the US Constitution, and thus We The People. Congress' silence on the matter is beyond disturbing.
MEMO III: Chances are their attorney was himself intimidated and threatened.

I wonder if the adolescents are smart enough to realize that this is Barack Obama making an example out of one of them? Isn’t he so cool kiddies, the way he abuses the law to terrorize people?

Justin Carter was arrested last February for making a sarcastic, threatening remark against a school after being provoked by another player in League of Legends, an online video game. Carter followed his remark with lol and jk, signalling that it was not a serious threat. Nevertheless, Texas authorities have charged him with making threats of a terrorist nature, and set his bail at $500,000. Is this a joke?!?!
What could he have possibly said? Has the exact content been made known? I'd like to know what the judge is getting out of this. Absolutely incredible.
